Your Profile:
- Detailed real estate asset management knowledge
- Experience in similar positions
- Technical, commercial and legal understanding
- Very good German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, structured and service-oriented
Your Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of the office & retail portfolio in Austria
- First point of contact for tenants, property management and suppliers
- Support the implementation of new concepts, operational workflows and ensure accurate data input in portfolio management programs and platforms, eg Plan Radar
- Contribute to lease negotiations, performance reports and property valuation reports
- Support the implementation of strategic measures in the organisation
- Collaboration with budget planning, forecasting and periodical reporting
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.600 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
