The company is jointly managed by the Executive and Supervisory Board.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board has six members who were elected by the shareholders' meeting (shareholder representatives) and three members delegated by the Works' Council: Miroslava Greštiaková (Chairwoman), Martin Matula (Vice-Chairman), Iveta Krašovicová, Matúš Sura, Vladislav Jirka and Matej Csenky as well as Philipp Amadeus Obermair, Anton Weichselbaum and Marika Hauser.
