Since its initial public offering in December 1994, the IMMOFINANZ AG (now CPI Europe AG) share has become one of the leading real estate securities on the Vienna Stock Exchange. CPI Europe (former IMMOFINANZ) share has also been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2013.
