CPI Europe’s Residential Portfolio

In November 2025, CPI Europe acquired the CPI BYTY residential real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic, along with its associated operational and management platform. The portfolio comprises almost 12,000 apartment units in 14 attractive cities around the country – including the regions of Ústí nad Labem and Liberec, as well as Ostrava and Prague. This acquisition makes CPI Europe the second-largest provider of rental housing in the Czech Republic.

Ongoing investments in the portfolio over the past few years have led to a significant increase in occupancy rates and rents. The portfolio is also regularly optimised through the sale of individual apartments. The acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy, which focuses on long-term growth and diversification.
