CPI Europe opens 19th STOP SHOP in Croatia

CPI Europe continues its successful expansion in Croatia with the opening of two new STOP SHOP retail parks, in Ivanec on 11 September and Nova Gradiška on 2 October 2025.

The new STOP SHOP in Ivanec, covering approximately 7,660 sqm of retail space, offers an appealing and diverse shopping experience featuring a mix of local and international brands. It is the second STOP SHOP in Varaždin County, demonstrating once again how the concept successfully combines variety, accessibility and quality all in one place.

The newly opened STOP SHOP in Nova Gradiška, with 8,133 sqm of retail space, is located in an established shopping area just a few kilometres from the city center and benefits from excellent transport connections. Residents of Nova Gradiška can now enjoy a modern, high-quality shopping experience with a comprehensive range of stores.

The new STOP SHOP retail parks welcome international and national tenants like Deichmann, ZOOCITY, KiK, Optika Anda, JYSK, Sport Vision, TEDi, Vacom, Eurospin, Sinsay, Mana Moda, dm-drogerie markt, BGW-electronics and others. With these new openings, CPI Europe now operates 19 STOP SHOP locations with roughly 150,200 sqm of retail space across Croatia, further strengthening its presence in the country’s retail park segment.
