In Poland, IMMOFINANZ has signed a contract with LUX MED Group – the largest network of private medical clinics in Poland - for a total of almost 10,000 sqm. The agreement includes the extension of existing space as well as over 3,500 sqm of additional space at myhive Park Postepu office buildings.

This makes the group one of the largest tenants of IMMOFINANZ in Warsaw with a total of approximately 15,000 sqm of leased space.
