Michael Ehlmaier Holding GmbH acquires 49 per cent stake in EHL Immobilien GmbH from CPI Europe AG

Michael Ehlmaier Holding GmbH, owned by EHL Managing Director Michael Ehlmaier, has acquired CPI Europe AG's minority stake in EHL Immobilien GmbH, thereby increasing its shareholding from 51 per cent to 100 per cent. CPI Europe AG acquired a 49 per cent stake in EHL Immobilien GmbH in 2011. Due to a change in corporate strategy, CPI Europe has decided to sell its stake.

EHL Immobilien Group has established itself as one of Austria's leading real estate service provider. The company is, among others, the market leader in the brokerage of institutional real estate investments, investment apartments and rental apartments, as well as in the fields of real estate valuation and office leasing.
